VRL Media may suspend or terminate user access without notice for violations of these terms. Upon termination, rights granted to the user shall cease immediately.

Users agree to indemnify VRL Media Pvt Ltd, its affiliates, officers, and employees against any losses, claims, or legal expenses arising out of breach of these terms or misuse of the platform.

VRL Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

Governed by the laws of India, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hubbali, Karnataka. If mutually agreed upon, parties may opt for arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
